save trees

The first thing in my mind comes  when ever i see an add SAVE TREES on a paper campgain.
dont u think it is foolish thing to make a paper from a tree and print on that paper the banner of save trees,

what to do worlds goes around like this only.

Did you know that, it takes 17 trees and 1,500 liters of oil to produce one tone of paper.  Deforestation damages the ecosystem and causes global warming, while paper manufacturing process pollutes the environment. Isn’t recycling enough? Not quite. To really have an impact follow the 3 R steps: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.
This thing u must teach ur kids as a basic manners of life, It wont be long to see a tree on websites and photos in museum for coming generation
Here you can find some tips about how to save paper:
1. Think before you print: Pushing the print button is too easy and wasteful. So much paper is wasted by printing out single line e-mails or unnecessary copies of documents.
2. If you Must print, do it thoughtfully: Copying images on both sides, saves money on paper purchasing, ink, as well as on storage and mailing. Print more words on each page e.g. smaller font, narrower margins, narrower line spacing, and even 4 pages of document on per sheet of paper.
3. Use technology: Use less paper by effectively using computers and other technology for reading news, sending and receiving documents, taking notes down in the meeting, sending electronic greeting cards, and more.
4. Use thinner and recycled paper: when you have to buy new paper make sure it is recycled material. You can suggest your school or work place to provide  recycled and thinner paper.
5. Recycle the paper: Collect the paper you use and reuse where possible. You may use it for note paper. If it is the time to throw it away, make sure it goes to the recycle bin.
6. Stop junk mail, unwanted free newspapers & leaflets: Sign out from marketing mail. Also a small polite sign on your door or mailbox asking that no circulars or free newspapers are welcomed, will probably be effective.
7. Donate Old magazines: They will always be accepted gratefully by many organizations, hospitals, dentists, libraries or anywhere with a waiting room.
8. Make sure that you reduce, reuse and recycle all sort of paper products that you have, such as milk and juice carton, paper bags, tissues, cups and plates, etc. Be creative and turn them to something useful before looking for recycle bin.
9. Encourage others to save paper: You can add a quote at the end of e-mails reminding them to think about trees before printing the e-mail. An Eco friendly slogan in printing room can be effective as well. Your family and friends will learn from what you do, so decrease you carbon footprint and increase your Green hand print.
10. Share these tips with others

teach all the real value of a tree and our pressense in this planet is because of TREES ONLY
